If you have a traffic insurance, it covers up to 50.000 TL compensation as a 3rd party support.

This happens if you are completely right in any mutual accident and however traffic insurance covers up to 2.500.000 TL for body injuries, disabilities, and deaths.

So, you are not allowed to drive without Traffic Insurance Coverage in Turkey.
